What were the 10 most expensive homes sold in Carbon County the week of Nov. 6?

A house in Kunkletown that sold for $570,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Carbon County in the past week.

In total, 43 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $240,826. The average price per square foot ended up at $163.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 6 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $325K, single-family home at 15 Lakeside Lane

The property at 15 Lakeside Lane in Albrightsville has new owners. The price was $325,000. The house was built in 2010 and has a living area of 1,694 square feet. The price per square foot is $192.

9. $360K, condominium at 23 Midlake Drive

The 1,096 square-foot condominium at 23 Midlake Drive in Lake Harmony has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $360,000, $328 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1986.
