Top 10 most expensive homes sold in Carbon County the week of Oct. 30

A house in Blakeslee that sold for $560,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Carbon County in the past week.

In total, 35 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $233,342. The average price per square foot ended up at $160.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 30 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $327K, detached house at 225 Paw Paw Drive

The sale of the single family residence at 225 Paw Paw Drive in Kunkletown has been finalized. The price was $327,430, and the new owners took over the house in October. The house was built in 1992 and has a living area of 2,192 square feet. The price per square foot was $149.

9. $329K, single-family home at 490 Innsbruck Drive
