Ivy Kromer is not only a Wonder Women who works a full-time job, brews beer part-time and is a co-owner of Country Club Brewing in South Bethlehem, she’s also a super supportive wife. Ivy’s husband Mike Kromer was a homebrewer for years. When he expressed an interest in opening a brewery, Ivy was all-in. Mike is now the Head Brewer of Country Club Brewing, and Devan and Christine tried a couple of his creations: Shanked, a Pale Ale coming in at 6.3% and Passion Fruit by Tiffany! A sour, yet sweet Berliner Weiss at 7%.
